Next, we map job descriptions and SOPs, set KPIs/SLAs, and deploy a trained crew with a supervisor. Attendance, checklists, and reviews are logged, with cross-training to keep coverage resilient during leave or spikes.

Scope we cover (tailored to your site):

• Roles Supplied: Housekeeping, pantry/office assistants, gardeners, facade/utility helpers, lift attendants, mailroom/helpdesk, and basic MEP support (non-licensed).

• Recruitment & Vetting: ID/background checks, skill tests, reference verification, medical fitness (as applicable).

• Onboarding & Documentation: Issue of uniforms/PPE, site badges, JD handover, attendance/app setup, and statutory records as required.

• Training Programs: Site induction, SOP run-throughs, colour-coding & hygiene, chemical/equipment handling, EHS & first-aid basics, customer service & grooming, fire/evac basics.

• SOPs & Checklists: Area-wise tasks, frequencies, escalation matrix, and handover notes; multilingual visual SOPs where helpful.

• Supervision & QA: Floor supervisors, daily briefings/toolbox talks, monthly audits, corrective actions, and refreshers.

• Scheduling & Leave Cover: Shift rosters, weekly offs, reliever pool, emergency backfill; peak-load staffing for events.

• Performance & Reporting: KPIs/SLAs, attendance & task logs, incident reports, and monthly review deck with improvements.

• Compliance & Payroll (Optional): Wage compliance, payslips, ESI/EPF or region-equivalent filings, gratuity/leave tracking (where applicable).
