We begin with a walkthrough and scope confirmation (furnished/unfurnished, recent painting/civil works, appliance list). Next, we sequence the job room-by-room—high dusting first, degreasing/descaling next, then disinfection and detailing—so drying times and inspections stay on schedule. A final QA is completed with you on site, with before/after photos on request.

What’s included (tailored to your space):

• Rooms & Living Areas: High dusting (fans, lights, vents), wall spot-clean, switchboards, skirtings, window channels/tracks, internal glass, wardrobe exteriors/interiors.

• Kitchen Reset: Hood/filter degrease, backsplash/countertops, cabinets in/out, sink/descaler, hob/oven/microwave/fridge exteriors & interiors (defrost if applicable), under-appliance edges.

• Bathrooms: Full descaling of taps/showers/WCs, glass partitions, mirrors, grout brushing, drain and trap deodorising, sanitisation with correct dwell time.

• Floors: Mechanised scrubbing where needed (vinyl/stone/tiles), edge detailing, grout touch-ups; carpet spot treatment/shampoo add-on.

• Fixtures & Hardware: Door handles, hinges, hardware polish, sticker/adhesive/paint-speck removal where safe.

• Balcony/Utility: Railings, sliders, channels, utility sinks, washing-machine area wipe-down.

• Odour & Waste: Bin sanitising, removal of leftover packing materials, odour neutralisation.

• Handover Pack: Checklist sign-off, care notes for newly cleaned surfaces, and photo set (optional).
