Pre-Opening / Project Cleaning

We start with a site walkthrough and scope alignment—fit-out status, pending trades, protection removals, and handover date. Then we map a two- or three-stage cleaning plan (builder’s clean → pre-final → final) with barricading, power/water arrangements, and a clear sequence by area to prevent re-soiling. Each stage closes with a QA checklist and re-touch window.

What’s included (tailored to your project):

• Debris & Rough Clean: Sweep-out, rubble/packing removal, safe waste segregation, lift lobby/pathway protection.

• Surface Protection Removal: Films, tapes, stickers; adhesive/label residue removal using finish-safe solvents.

• Dust Control & Detailing: HEPA pre-vac, high-dusting of MEP trays/rafters, vents and grills, skirtings, channels, frames, and hardware.

• Floor Recovery: Machine scrubbing for tiles/stone/vinyl, grout haze removal, edge detailing; spot protection until handover.

• Glass & Joinery: Internal glass de-haze, scratch-safe blade work where appropriate, joinery wipe-down (inside shelves/cabinets), hardware polish.

• Wet Areas & Pantry: Descale/sanitize fixtures, remove cement/paint specks, polish partitions and mirrors; degrease pantry counters/backsplashes.

• Fixtures & Lighting: Luminaire/diffuser cleaning, switchboards, signage, and door closers; sticker and paint-speck removal.

• Final Finish & Touch-Ups: Fingerprint removal, footprint patrols, last-hour gloss on high-visibility zones (reception, show windows).

• Safety & Coordination: Barricading/spotters, method statements, MSDS; coordination with painting, snag rectification, and testing/commissioning teams.

• Handover Pack: QA checklist, before/after photos (on request), re-clean clause for last-minute works, and care notes for newly finished surfaces.
