We begin with a system walkthrough and schematic review—sources, tank capacities, pump duty/standby logic, PRVs, risers/stacks, and critical fixtures. We establish baseline readings (pressure, flow, TDS, pump amps), then schedule preventive tasks and safe shutdown windows. Each visit closes with a logbook entry, photos, test values, and recommendations.

Scope we cover (customised to your site):

• Supply & Storage: Inlet strainers, foot/suction valves, float valves, NRVs, tank cleaning/desludging, overflow/ball-valve checks, level sensor calibration.

• Pumps & Controls: Transfer/booster/HPL systems, duty–standby alternation, priming checks, seal/bearing inspection, pressure setpoint tuning, VFD health, vibration/noise diagnostics.

• Distribution & Pressure: PRVs and balancing valves, air-venting, pressure mapping by zone/floor, water hammer mitigation, pipe support checks (GI/CPVC/PPR/SS).

• Hot Water Systems: Storage heaters/instantaneous units, mixing valves, anode inspection, descaling/coils flush, temperature/anti-scald checks.

• Filtration & Treatment: Cartridge/media filters, softeners (salt dosing/regen cycles), UV/RO where installed; periodic TDS/hardness checks and media replacement plans.

• Drainage & Sewers: Stack/branch inspection, trap seals, P-trap priming, gully/grease interceptors, blockage clearing (rodding/jetting), odour control and vent checks.

• Rainwater & Harvesting: Roof drain maintenance, leaf-guard/strainer cleaning, first-flush devices, recharge pits inspection.

• Water Quality & Hygiene: Sampling coordination, basic field tests (TDS, hardness, chlorine), dead-leg identification, temperature controls to reduce stagnation risks.

• Compliance & Records: Checklists, test certificates, tank-cleaning logs, incident reports, and spare-parts registers; support for local water-board norms.
