Then we implement a site plan: signage and bins, staff training, collection schedules, and approved vendors for each stream. Dashboards track weights, costs, and diversion % with CAPA for recurring issues.

Scope we cover (customised to your site):

• Segregation System: Colour-coded bins/liners, placement maps, multilingual signage, and staff/tenant education.

• Collections & Internal Logistics: Route plans, lift timings, trolley/cage movement, sealed transfer, and staging area housekeeping.

• Wet/Organic Waste: Daily removal, leak-proof handling, odour control; composting/biogas partners where feasible.

• Dry Recyclables: Paper/cardboard baling, plastics, metals, glass—sorted, weighed, and dispatched to authorised recyclers with receipts.

• Sanitary & Biomedical (Non-clinical areas): Safe, sealed collection and hand-off to authorised handlers as regulations require.

• E-Waste & Bulky Waste: Periodic drives; inventorying and dispatch via certified recyclers with documentation.

• Hazardous/Chemical Residues (Light/Incidental): Battery/tube-light/ink cartridge handling and vendor coordination (within allowed scope).

• Food & Grease Systems (F&B sites): Grease-trap service coordination, drain hygiene, and scheduled pick-ups.

• Compliance & Documentation: Manifests/receipts, vendor licences on file, monthly diversion reports, incident logs, and audit support.
